A Coach Daddd Program

Your first act built a life.
Your second act is what it was for.

Coaching, conversation, and community for men in the middle — fathers, husbands, leaders, athletes-turned-mentors — who are done coasting and ready to build the second half on purpose.

What we work on

Six things men actually wrestle with — and won't say out loud.

This isn't a motivational program. It's a working room for the questions midlife hands every man at once.

I.

Marriage in the middle

Long relationships have a second chapter that nobody warns you about. We'll work on the one you're actually in — not the one you thought you signed up for.

II.

Fathering grown kids

Your kids don't need you the same way anymore. Learning to be a father to adults is a different job. Most men do it on instinct. We'll do it on purpose.

III.

Career after the climb

What comes after the position, the paycheck, and the identity you built around them. What you keep, what you shed, and what you build next.

IV.

Body, health, and time

The body isn't the one you had at 30. The calendar isn't infinite anymore. How to train, sleep, eat, and move like a man who plans to be around.

V.

Purpose without performance

What do you do when the applause is quieter? Getting honest about what your life is for when nobody is scoring it.

VI.

Legacy, not just legend

What your grandkids will know about you. What your marriage will have been. What men in your life will say when you're not in the room.

Less performance. More honest conversation. Space to work on what comes next.

The Live Format

Ninety minutes. One honest room.

Act 2 For Men — Live is a moderated, men-only conversation — not a seminar, not a retreat, not a small group. Rules of the room, a silent temperature check, Dedication, Discipline, a Hot Seat, Development, an anonymous written round, and a one-word close.

The rooms move at the pace of the conversation. If a moment matters, we stay there. Privacy expectations and any recording permissions are discussed before the conversation begins.
